Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of firezen, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website veenhome.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible on the website. Photographs and descriptions are for reference only and do not engage the Seller’s liability.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in [€], including all taxes (VAT).
Shipping fees are specified before confirming the order.
Veenhome reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
To place an order, the Customer must:

Confirm the order
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of the order.
Payments are secured via [Shopify Payments].
The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery

Shipping fees: Free unless otherwise stated on the product page
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
7. Right of withdrawal (According to French law)
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
To do so, they must contact customer service at contact@veenhome.com.
Products must be returned unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in case of Seller error.
8. Returns and Refunds
After receipt and inspection of returned products, refunds will be issued within [2–3 days] via the same payment method used for the order.
9. Legal Guarantees
Products sold benefit from:

Legal conformity warranty (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code)

In case of non-compliance, the Customer must contact customer service.
10. Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Events beyond their control (force majeure)
